We invite you to read the Innovarte ONG article written by Adán González, which explains the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH), initiatives designed to streamline the patent examination process between participating patent offices, whose objective is to allow applicants to obtain patents more quickly and efficiently, taking advantage of the examination work done by another patent office.
