Innovarte NGO, together with Acción Internacional para la Salud (AIS-Peru), Corresponsales Clave and the Peruvian Network for a Globalization with Equity (RedGE-Peru) sent communications to Peruvian congressmen in order to know the position of this country regarding the Pandemics Treaty and the negotiations that are taking place in the World Health Organization – WHO.

The letter is a letter of commitment from governments to guarantee the reduction of inequalities, the release of patents and the timely transfer of technologies for the production of treatments, vaccines and diagnostic methods, among other important mechanisms to guarantee the right to health, in a context of global crisis such as pandemics.
